How does my order ship?

We use custom boxes, packing materials and extra care to ensure your order arrives intact. Most orders are shipped via UPS. All of our orders are billed with shipping charges added. Click here to track your package via UPS.

What happens if our material arrives broken?


We will work to make this right and get you the product you need. If a box arrives and is obviously damaged, note this with UPS when signing for it. We will file a claim with UPS and immediately expedite another order to replace the damaged product. If you don't realize the damage until after the box is opened, please contact our office immediately. Please keep all packing materials and boxes with the damaged product.

Do you require a minimum dollar amount for orders?

We prefer a $50 minimum billing.

I have a sample I would like you to match for a quote?

We are able to identify a part from a digital photo or a shipped sample with exact measurements for a quote. However, we may request the sample to continue with the order. Contact our office so we can advise you the best way to proceed.
